The official languages of the meeting are Portuguese, Spanish and English. Lectures can be given in any of the languages, but the presentations slides must be in English, since we expect several foreign participants.​

  • Visa information

    • Brazil has signed visa exemption agreements with about 90 countries. Participants should check with their local travel agents whether they will require a visa for traveling to Brazil. It is recommended to apply well in advance of the workshop.

    • The Brazilian currency is the Real. Major credit cards are widely accepted in Brazil. In Belo Horizonte there are exchange houses of the main foreign currencies.
